MCA Events has been a provider since 2002, when they began ECM training activities. We are currently one of the 244 accredited agencies under the new 2010 system, falling under the 1307 reference code. To achieve this, MCA Events has painstakingly followed the corresponding directives on its complete internal restructuring, establishing a Scientific Committee and the provision of an internal organization with functions in the administrative, operational and quality control areas.
MCA Events takes care of the accreditation process of any event through all of its phases, and it does so both for events that it organizes on their own, as well as events organized on behalf of other secretariat.
In particular, MCA Events provides custom quotes for their clientele (basic costs can be greatly reduced by purchasing integrated packages). Upon receipt of the necessary documentation from the client (the scientific program, abstracts, speakers' resumes, etc.) MCA Events swings into action to get event start-up off the ground as quickly and effectively as possible, monitoring accreditation and ensuring accurate and timely communication as required.
Under the new system of accreditation, the accredited provider allocates the formative credits to individual events (without having to wait for the referee's evaluation) on the basis of the pre-defined evaluation system by the ECM National Commission.
In any event, MCA Events always takes care of collecting and handling all the material necessary to receive accreditation for the event, both in the planning stages and throughout the congress, including sending certificates to the participants after the event and preparing the ECM final balance sheet report which, by mandate must be sent after the conclusion of the Congress to the National Commission.
