Reservation deposit

  • These tours will be carried out only in case of 20 partecipants.
    If the minimum number of partecipants won't be reached,
    the tour will be canceled and the deposit will be refounded.
    In this case a tailor made tour could be provided.

  • Some sudden changes of the program could occur.
    Should this happen, we will propose in alternative
    hotel/restaurant/activities of the same level.

  • Cancellation policy.
    All cancellations must be sent to MCA Events in writing
    (fax, letter or email).
    For cancellations received before December 18th, 2008
    deposits will be refunded less € 70 for administrative costs.
