Dear Colleagues,
It is with great pleasure that I invite all of you to attend the one day meeting on “Excellence in Gynecologic Surgery” which will be held in Florence on Saturday October 8, 2011.
The Congress will focus on the “Excellence” of female surgery, combining the new technologies and the new
Techniques which allow nowadays to perform appropriate interventions with the best results, the minimal risks and side effects associated with a long term performance and good outcome.
The scientific programme is aimed to elucidate, with the participation of the most eminent Italian and international experts, the actual role of laparoscopic surgery, the oncologic surgery and the application of robotics to our speciality.
It will be a concentration of state of the art, expert opinions and future trends which should make the meeting particularly attractive to those of you who are approaching these new surgical technologies but also to those who have already a good surgical and endoscopic experience but are interested in the new developments of female surgery.
Florence, as usual, with its beauty and history, will be a perfect venue for a meeting which will try to combine science with the typical Italian cultural flavor.
I hope also that this will be the occasion for all participants not only to improve knowledge on this scientific theme but also to make new friendships and to come back with good rememberings of a memorable scientific and cultural day.
